Bringing back the analog. You put this under conceptual yet I dont at all get the concept , guess im not analog enough. I really the minimal use of colour, all the browns work really well with the black breaking the contrast.
Damn!!, still don't get the concept. "The worst taste in music" Shit, I give up. It's visually pleasing though. Like it Like Like it.

I really can't say myself what the "main" concept is, I think that is free for the watcher to decide, because I feel that you can get many different "stories" from these photos. When I took the pictures my main thought was love in a way, the photo to the left stands for a love that doesn't have any damage, if I can put it that way. And the photo to the right stands for the opposite, another point of view you could say. (So no, I didn't think about music at all from the beginning). But when I edited the photos I wasn't quite sure about this concept and I couldn't come up with a title, and that's why I choosed "the worst taste in music" (which is a songtitle from a Swedish band, The Radio Dept.), and this can the watcher figure out for himself/herself, because not even I can come up with a clear "story" behind that title with these photos.
I hear what you are saying......buuuuut, seriously, love without damage would just be boring, wouldn't it?
So the way I'm seeing it now, is more like..........You know, the cassette (outside) is physical me and the tape is the real me waiting to explode. I know it's kinda lame and very obvious but its usually the obvious things that make sence. I know it isn't about making sence though it's about making things interesting and you have achived that. so, well done

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
There are a lot of themes that run through the stock gallery many people have similar ideas but they pull them off in different ways. In this series of newsletters we will look at similar ideas but different outcomes.
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More
